MCG Energy’s Hosted Data Services (HDS) provides a single, easily accessible hosted platform for reporting and data archiving for all MCG Energy systems hosted in MCG Energy’s NIST SP 80-53 r4 compliant Private Cloud. The HDS front end has full search, filter, report, and display building capability. It also includes a programmatic API for performing queries directly against the HDS database using simplified views of the data. This allows for full ad-hoc querying of all customer data. Users can make long running queries in HDS rather than the production system to avoid performance impacts. HDS also provides direct integration via our APIs to internal systems.
